The service

Alba Tracker is a personal training journal. The data you log is for your own use. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy for medical or sports performance decisions.

Your account

You access the service with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. You may delete your Alba Tracker account at any time by writing to albatracker@torresburriel.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access data that is not yours.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TORRESBURRIEL SLU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL with its last-updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection law states otherwise.
