Privacy policy

This policy explains how Alba Tracker handles your personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

• Account data received from Google when you sign in: name, email address and profile picture.
• Profile data you enter yourself: weight, height, date of birth, sex (optional), preferred activity, timezone, weekly goal.
• Training data you log: activity type, date, duration, distance, calories, notes.
• Technical data strictly required to operate the service (session cookies, error logs).

Why we process it

• To provide the service you have signed up for (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations when applicable.

Who has access

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by us and by the following service providers, acting as processors:

• Google — sign-in / OAuth.
• Lovable Cloud — application hosting and database.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by writing to albatracker@torresburriel.com; we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, rectify, erase, port or restrict the processing of your data, or to object to it. Write to dpo@torresburriel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by an adequacy decision.
